This Cancellation Policy explains how enrollments may be cancelled or rescheduled for courses on www.learnagenticai.in, operated by LearnAgenticAI. Refund amounts and processing timelines are in our Refund Policy.
1. Digital delivery (no shipping)
All courses are delivered online. There is no physical product to return. Cancellation affects your enrollment and any eligible refund—not return shipment.
2. Your cancellation — instructor-led courses

| 7+ calendar days before published start date | Cancellation accepted. Full refund if eligible under Refund Policy, or one transfer to a future batch of the same course (subject to seat availability). |
| Within 7 calendar days of start date | Cancellation generally not accepted. No refund unless we cancel the batch or as required by law. |
| After start / no-show | No cancellation or refund. Enrollment is consumed for that batch. |
To cancel, email sivaprasad.valluru@gmail.com with your name, course name, batch date, and Razorpay payment ID if applicable. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours.
3. Rescheduling / batch transfer (instructor-led)
- One transfer to a future batch of the same course may be allowed if requested at least 7 calendar days before the original start date and seats are available.
- Transfers are limited to one per paid enrollment.
- Price difference between batches, if any, must be paid before transfer is confirmed.
- Transfer requests are confirmed within 3 business days.
4. Our cancellation or postponement (instructor-led)
We may cancel or postpone a batch due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, technical issues, or force majeure. If we cancel or materially reschedule:
- We notify you by email and/or WhatsApp as soon as practicable.
- Within 5 business days of notification, you may choose: (a) a new date/batch, or (b) a full refund per the Refund Policy (processed within 5–7 business days).
5. Self-paced courses
Self-paced enrollments remain active per course terms. “Cancellation” means withdrawal from the course; refunds apply only within the 7-day / limited-access window in the Refund Policy.
6. Free enrollments
Free instructor-led or self-paced enrollments may be withdrawn by us if Terms are violated. No payment refund applies.
