These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.learnagenticai.in and your purchase or enrollment in online training courses offered by LearnAgenticAI (brand name: Learning Why What When / LearnAgenticAI), including self-paced (recorded/digital) and instructor-led (live webinar/batch) programs.
By registering, browsing, enrolling, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Grievance Redressal Policy.
1. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the services under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- You must provide accurate registration details (name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number where requested).
- Course access is for the registered student only. Sharing login credentials, course materials, or live session links is prohibited.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTP-based login.
2. Products and services
- Self-paced courses provide digital learning content (videos, documents, labs) for personal use. Access period is as stated on the course page or until we specify otherwise.
- Instructor-led courses are scheduled live programs. Dates, meeting links, and updates are communicated by email and/or WhatsApp.
- Course descriptions, syllabus, duration, and prices are displayed on each course page in INR and/or USD as applicable.
- We may update syllabus, agenda, instructors, or delivery format when reasonably necessary. Material changes to a paid program will be communicated in advance where practicable.
3. Pricing, payment, and delivery
- All prices shown on the course page are the price payable unless taxes or fees are separately stated at checkout.
- Online payments are processed through Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and other methods enabled on checkout.
- We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials on our servers. Payment data is handled by Razorpay under their security standards.
- Our courses are digital services. There is no physical shipping. Upon successful payment verification, enrollment is activated—typically immediately and in any case within 1 business day.
- Free enrollments (including promotional ₹9 or zero-fee offers) are subject to availability and these Terms.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our dedicated policies. Summary:
- Eligible approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days from initiation (subject to your bank/payment network).
- Failed or duplicate transactions are refunded after verification within 5–7 business days.

5. Intellectual property
- All course content (videos, documents, agendas, lab materials, branding) is owned by LearnAgenticAI or its licensors.
- You receive a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to access content for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials.
6. Conduct
- You must not disrupt live sessions, harass instructors or participants, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
- We may suspend or terminate access without refund if these Terms are materially violated.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our courses are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee employment, certification exam results, or specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course shall not exceed the amount you paid for that course.
8. Grievance redressal
Complaints relating to orders, payments, refunds, or service quality may be raised with our Grievance Officer as described in our Grievance Redressal Policy.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
