This Refund Policy applies to course fees paid on www.learnagenticai.in for online training offered by LearnAgenticAI, including self-paced and instructor-led programs.
By purchasing a course, you agree to this policy along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
1. Nature of product (digital services)
- Our courses are digital educational services. There is no physical delivery or shipping.
- Upon successful payment, course access or enrollment is activated—typically immediately and within 1 business day at most.
- Because content is delivered digitally, refunds are limited to the conditions below.
2. Refund processing timeline
- Once a refund is approved, we initiate it through Razorpay to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet as applicable).
- Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days from initiation. In some cases, your bank or payment network may take up to 10 business days.
- Razorpay may send you a refund confirmation email when the refund is processed.
- We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to a different account unless required by law.
3. Self-paced courses
To qualify for a refund on a paid self-paced course, all of the following must apply:
- You submit a written refund request within 7 calendar days of payment.
- You have not accessed more than 25% of the course video/content materials.
- You have not downloaded bulk materials or shared access with others.
If any condition is not met, the purchase is non-refundable.
After 7 days or after substantial access, fees are non-refundable because digital content cannot be “returned.”
Free courses: No refund applies.
4. Instructor-led courses (live / webinar / batch)
To qualify for a refund on a paid instructor-led enrollment, all of the following must apply:
- You submit a written refund request at least 7 calendar days before the published course start date.
- You have not attended any live session for that enrollment.
- You have not received course materials marked non-refundable.
Within 7 days of start date: Refunds are generally not available unless we cancel the batch (see below).
After the program begins / no-show: No refund for partial attendance or change of mind.
If we cancel or postpone and you cannot attend the rescheduled batch: full refund of fees paid for that enrollment, processed within 5–7 business days, or transfer to another batch at your choice.
5. Payment failures, duplicates, and unauthorized charges
- If payment was debited but enrollment did not complete, contact us within 7 calendar days with your Razorpay payment ID and registered email.
- After verification with Razorpay, eligible refunds for failed or duplicate transactions are initiated within 5–7 business days.
- If amount was debited twice for the same course, the duplicate charge will be refunded within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
6. How to request a refund

- Registered name, email, and phone number
- Course name and date of purchase/enrollment
- Razorpay payment ID / order ID (from receipt or bank SMS)
- Reason for the request
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and communicate our decision within 7 business days. Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and credited per Section 2 above.
7. Non-refundable items
- Courses accessed beyond the limits in Sections 3–4
- Promotional or free enrollments
- Third-party exam vouchers or certification fees (if purchased separately)
- Enrollments terminated for violation of Terms & Conditions
