2. How to lodge a complaint
Send an email to sivaprasad.valluru@gmail.com or call +91 80889 10831 with:
- Your full name and registered email/phone
- Course name and date of purchase or enrollment
- Razorpay payment ID or order reference (for payment issues)
- Description of the issue and desired resolution
- Supporting documents (screenshots, bank SMS, receipts) if available
You may also use the Contact Us form; payment disputes should include a payment reference.
3. Timelines

5. Payment gateway (Razorpay)
Online payments on our website are processed by Razorpay. We initiate refunds for approved cases through Razorpay to your original payment method. If you have not received a refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, contact us with your payment ID so we can trace the refund status with Razorpay.
